Cardiac Evaluation - OFA Registry
Only those dogs with apparently normal heart function are assigned a number by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). Because OFA maintains a closed registry, dogs that do not pass evaluation are not listed.
All Canaan Dog numbers are prefaced with CA- in the OFA database.
The number following the / tells the age in months at the time of evaluation.
The next letter identifies the individual as Male or Female.
C identifies this as a cardiac evaluation.
T=Tatoo, PI=permanently identified (via microchip, etc.)
